Alongside leading Brophy Accountancy & Advisory Limited trading as BAA Group, I’m proud to play an role in BBHSCA which is the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire society of Chartered Accountants.
As part of this organisation, I work closely with fellow members to promote collaboration, professional development, and support for both individuals and businesses in our local community. My focus is on contributing financial and strategic insight to help BBHSCA deliver long-term impact for its members and stakeholders.
I have been honoured to hold the Vice-President role this year supporting Andrew and Simba and Deputy-President last year.
I also Co-Chair a monthly Digital Accountants Club with like minded accountants discussing the latest tech, economical climate and best in class standards that we all strive to achieve, which is free to book via the ICAEW website here.
Being involved in BBHSCA aligns with my wider goals as an accountant, business advisor, and community member, to champion high standards, continuous improvement, and shared success.
Whether it’s mentoring young professionals, helping shape financial strategy, or driving forward new initiatives, I see this role as a meaningful way to give back and help others succeed.
